About the Role

As a Pension Administration Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team providing services to clients and members with respect to defined benefit pension plan administration. Your responsibilities will allow you to use your analytical skills on a daily basis and to flourish in a stimulating career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration
  • Take part in the production and verification of related work
  • Train and coach team members
  • Communicate and track the budget
  • Build clients' satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests, as well as those of members and trustees
  • Support the team in carrying out a variety of special projects
  • Suggest ways of improving our processes
Core Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in Pension Administration
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science or other relevant training
  • Exceptional team spirit
  • Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Well-organized and resourceful
  • Good communication and collaborative skills
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
