About the RoleAs a Pension Administration Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team providing services to clients and members with respect to defined benefit pension plan administration. Your responsibilities will allow you to use your analytical skills on a daily basis and to flourish in a stimulating career.
Key Responsibilities- Help with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration
- Take part in the production and verification of related work
- Train and coach team members
- Communicate and track the budget
- Build clients' satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests, as well as those of members and trustees
- Support the team in carrying out a variety of special projects
- Suggest ways of improving our processes
- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in Pension Administration
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science or other relevant training
- Exceptional team spirit
- Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Well-organized and resourceful
- Good communication and collaborative skills
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
