YOUR IMPACT

As the Lead HR Operations Analyst at OpenText, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience through strategic communications and process optimization. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS


• Design and implement communication strategies that focus on HR process evaluation and optimization, enhancing our digital employee experience.

• Develop proactive approaches to simplify employee communications, ensuring seamless access to HR information and self-service options.

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and create content that drives internal user engagement.

• Partner with HR content owners to develop and manage engaging online communications that cater to the diverse needs of employees across functions and regions.

• Maintain and optimize communication templates for HR operational content, ensuring timely and consistent messaging for annual events and recurring communications.

• Prioritize communication requests and establish comprehensive communication plans for all stakeholders.

• Implement feedback mechanisms and drive necessary changes to continuously improve the employee experience.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED


• 5+ years of experience in HR process optimization through technology, with a strong focus on employee communications.

• Expertise as a communication professional with in-depth knowledge of HR programs and employee engagement strategies.

• Proficiency in using employee productivity and collaboration tools that enhance the employee experience.

• Strong analytical skills and a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead projects from start to finish, even in rapidly changing environments.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and teamwork skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Demonstrable success in managing multiple priorities and adapting to directional changes in a deadline-driven environment.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, human resources, business management, or a related discipline.
