Position: Experienced Residential Security Guard-Concierge

Location: Midtown, Toronto

Payrate: $18.00-$18.50/hr

Schedule: Monday- Friday

Shift: Days

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking Experienced Security Concierge to oversee our Residential site in Toronto. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work rotational shifts, and able to manage a dynamic security team. If you have 2+years experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Must have minimum 2 year of Residential Security experience
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
  • Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
  • Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
  • Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
