Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues across Business and IT to achieve Business and IT objectives
  • Participate in code and non-functional reviews of all production-bound SRE solutions
  • Manage vendor relationships, problem resolution, and maintenance of applications
  • Drive transformation by automating existing processes
  • Track audit, monitor, and implement technical work streams
  • Act as portfolio SME - understand and document common components, core functionalities, and infrastructure of supported applications
  • Support the integration of new releases, bug fixes, technology currency changes to production
  • Focus on Continuous improvement and technical standards
  • Manage application's maintenance budget and provide maintenance support cost forecasts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Technology leadership role and people management
  • Proven application support, maintenance, and delivery of enhancement/maintenance project on critical applications
  • Experience working with vendors both onshore and offshore resources
  • Experience with different technologies and distributed systems and workflows
  • Capacity planning/sizing and performance tuning skills
  • Ability to identify, institute process improvement, and effectively apply application enhancement
  • Analytical approach to issue identification and resolution
  • Capacity to understand the technical capabilities and limitation of existing and emerging architectures
