Electrical Systems Responsible Engineer

CNL is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Responsible Engineer to contribute to the creation and maintenance of condition assessments and asset management plans for electrical systems.
This role plays a key part in preparing plans, designs, calculations, costs, and bills of material in accordance with established codes, standards, drawings, or other specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify deficiencies and associated risks, as well as opportunities for optimization and their potential rewards.
- Recommend actions to continuously monitor the condition and performance of electrical systems.
- Execute actions and communicate resulting knowledge to stakeholders.
- Define requirements for new construction or existing building/system overhaul.
- Create Client Requirements Documents and Scope of Work documents.
- Review designs and develop maintenance procedures.
- Develop System Performance Monitoring Plans and System Health Reports.
- Work with regulatory and program authorities to ensure systems are configured and maintained per regulation.
- Maintain infrastructure configuration management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or membership in an engineering professional organization.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in the province of Ontario or eligible to apply.
- Relevant experience with electrical power systems design, operation, and maintenance.
- Previous experience with high voltage transmission networks and transformer stations.
- Project management experience.
