Tarification et développement de produits
- Contribue à la préparation de soumissions, fournit les analyses nécessaires, formule des recommandations et des solutions qui maximisent le succès des ventes et la rentabilité.
- Prépare des rapports sur les résultats financiers et participe au suivi et à la gestion des bénéfices de l'entreprise.
- Contribue à l'analyse des résultats techniques, aux stratégies de tarification et à l'établissement des meilleures hypothèses de tarification.
- Collabore au développement et apporte son support à la tenue à jour de la base de tarification de l'assurance collective et de l'offre de service pour les marchés canadiens et des caraïbes.
- Effectue des activités de recherche pour soutenir le développement de produits et de services. Fournit des sondages à valeur ajoutée ainsi que d'autres données pertinentes sur le marché aux clients internes et externes.
- Fait les recherches nécessaires pour faciliter les réunions sur la gestion des relations avec les clients.
- Réalise des sondages auprès des clients et de l'industrie. Effectue des analyses et détermine les principales constatations tirées des données.
- Participe aux examens des modifications des lois et règlements qui peuvent avoir une incidence sur les dispositions relatives aux produits, aux services et à la réassurance.
- Soutient le développement de publications périodiques de l'industrie.
- Aide à répondre aux besoins des clients en temps opportun et de manière professionnelle. Informe la direction de tout problème qui touche Munich Re ou ses clients.
- Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les clients et les partenaires stratégiques pour soutenir des initiatives mutuellement avantageuses de développement de produits, des offres de services et d'autres solutions de réassurance qui mènent à des occasions de croissance rentables.
- Emplacement : Toronto ou Montréal
- Diplôme universitaire en actuariat, en statistiques ou en mathématiques.
- En voie d'obtention du titre d'Associate de la Society of Actuaries ou de Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
- Solides compétences en modélisation financière, en analyse et en résolution de problèmes.
- Style dynamique axé sur l'atteinte des objectifs, combinée à de solides compétences pour les relations interpersonnelles.
- Solide capacité à établir et à entretenir des relations interpersonnelles efficaces avec les clients et les collègues.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation qui se manifestent dans des conversations de nature générale, des exposés officiels et des documents écrits.
- Très grand souci du détail et de l'exactitude de l'information.

- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- 1-3 années d'expérience dans l'industrie de l'assurance ou de la réassurance collectives vie et maladie, ou dans cette industrie au Canada.
- Expérience du marché de l'assurance collective ou de la réassurance.
- Connaissance des logiciels et des applications, notamment Axis, SQL Server, R et Power BI.
