Job Summary

The Senior Manager - Intelligence will be responsible for leading the CIS Intelligence team in conducting complex fraud investigations to gather actionable intelligence and mitigate financial, reputational, regulatory, and legal risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a professional investigative team in conducting complex fraud investigations
  • Effectively manage and develop the team to achieve high-quality results
  • Share responsibility for all components of the Fraud Management Value Chain with peers and the Director, Corporate Investigation Services
  • Provide tactical leadership of intelligence investigative capability, focusing on asset recovery, loss prevention, and development of intelligence
  • Coordinate, motivate, and develop the regional investigation team into a cohesive, highly motivated, and satisfied work group
  • Conduct and manage specific complex and high-impact investigations in partnership with CIS specialized investigation teams and the Senior Manager Investigations
  • Advise CIS senior management of fraud issues, significant control weaknesses or deficiencies, and trends identified during investigations
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in financial crime and/or intelligence investigation
  • Effective and strong people management skills
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Experience in gathering and preserving evidence and presenting the evidence before the courts
