About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Service Ambassador to join our team at Vail Resorts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide informed and accurate communications to guests about products and services offered by Vail Resorts via telephone and other communication channels.
  • Work with managers to achieve monthly departmental goals and objectives.
  • Maintain quality performance on incoming phone calls from guests, with a goal of answering at least 85-90 calls per day.
  • Retain significant amounts of information to provide the best customer service with the most accurate and helpful information.
  • Work well with the call center team as a whole, contributing to team meetings, maintaining flexibility in scheduling, and adapting to changes in workflow and environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year call center experience and/or associate's degree/college degree desired.
  • Professional communication and phone etiquette skills required.
  • Proficient computer and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls without interruption in a pleasant and efficient manner.
  • Dependable, flexible, self-motivated team-oriented individual with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Ability to work through the end of the season, typically May.
  • Bilingual desired.
Work Environment
  • Dedicated phone line required.
  • Private, secure, distraction-free workspace.
  • High-speed wired internet connection; 20+mbps that is provided by a direct carrier.
Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $22.76 per hour. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
