About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Private Mini Bar Attendant at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. Job Summary: As a Private Mini Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the minibar in guest rooms, ensuring it is well-stocked and meeting the needs of our guests. You will report directly to the In Room Dining Manager and provide exceptional service to enhance the guest experience. Key Responsibilities: • Regularly check and replenish minibars in guest rooms, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages and snacks. • Verify proper display and expiration dates for all items in the minibar, maintaining cleanliness and organization. • Address guest requests for minibar refills promptly and assist with inquiries about minibar offerings. • Prioritize guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns, and maintaining accurate records of minibar consumption. • Monitor minibar inventory levels, order replenishments as needed, and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies. • Generate daily reports on minibar activities, covering sales, consumption, and restocking needs. • Promptly report any damaged or missing items to the In Room Dining Manager. • Assist with various food and beverage tasks as required, supporting In Room Dining operations, including delivering food orders to guest rooms. Requirements: • Prior retail or customer service experience. • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. • Strong command of the English language. • Excellent commitment to service and teamwork. • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. • Knowledge of minibar inventory management systems is a plus. • Must have a current Serving it Right certificate. • Ability to work in Canada.
