- 1+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment, with luxury retail experience a plus;
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and be viewed as a leader among peers;
- Experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports;
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills;
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;
- Ability to collaborate with others and work independently;
- Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.

- Ensuring team members receive scheduled breaks and/or meal periods;
- Creating an open and outward communication on the sales floor;
- Ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines;
- Performing opening and closing procedures, and any inventory duties as directed.
