  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies across categories that align with the company's goals and customer expectations.
  • Pricing Intelligence: Manage scheduled and intake of pricing and promotional insight requests by performing and presenting analyses/forecasts for pricing and promotional planning tasks.
  • Price Optimization: Create post-mortems of strategic pricing and promotional activations that support leadership and merchandising teams with insights and recommendations for future planning.
  • Performance Reporting: Control and publish pricing and promotional metrics, scorecards, and competitive insights to the organization that monitor and measure pricing strategies to targets.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Act as a business partner to merchandising, pricing analytic, and product development to prioritize feature enhancements for ongoing business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Post-Secondary Education in Arts/Business/Science/Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of increasing responsibility in CPG/Retail advanced analytics/data science and product implementation
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders through data-based storytelling and succinct presentations
  • Methodical and strategic thinker who deploys sound frameworks to problem solve and solution concepts for testing and development
  • Results-oriented leadership style with a keen ability to motivate a team to operate in an agile environment
  • Strong comfort analyzing various data sets (loyalty data, syndicated data, internal sales and finance data, shopper panel data, etc)
  • Very resourceful
  • Attitude to learn new and challenging work
