Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers with their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Assist customers in making purchase decisions and promote products and services to meet their needs.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Assist in providing direction and coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Area Maintenance
    • Assess the overall presentation of the OMNI area and identify areas for improvement.
    • Take corrective action to ensure the area is maintained to a high standard.
  • Training and Development
    • Participate in the training and development of OMNI associates and provide feedback as needed.
  • Health and Safety
    • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
