Landscape Maintenance Manager

The INL Group of Companies, a leading provider of landscape maintenance and snow removal services, is seeking an experienced and skilled Landscape Maintenance Manager to oversee our Landscape Maintenance Division and Snow Removal Program.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple landscaping crews at various locations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to industry standards.
  • Service clients with a customer-first attitude, providing flexibility to accommodate daily and seasonal business needs.
  • Motivate employees and create a positive work environment, orienting and training new personnel as required.
  • Manage snow removal operations, scheduling, and dispatching of employees and company equipment during all four seasons.
  • Identify training opportunities and areas of improvement among the team, ensuring employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide landscape maintenance and snow removal quotations, attending meetings and site walks with clients as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Supervisor in a Commercial Landscape Maintenance and Snow Removal position.
  • Knowledge and experience with commercial snow removal operations and lawn maintenance.
  • Horticulture education and experience.
  • Knowledge of proper equipment maintenance protocol.
  • Diplomatic and skilled negotiation skills to handle various situations.
  • G License and clean drivers abstract required.
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy required.
  • Strong work ethic – reliable and punctual.
  • Able to assume responsibility and have a flexible team-player attitude.
