Descriptif de Poste:
Le gérant de territoire chez Straumann est chargé d'atteindre ou de dépasser les objectifs de vente pour tous les produits en développant des relations fructueuses avec des cabinets dentaires ciblés et la communauté dentaire dans son ensemble. Ce rôle est responsable d'augmenter les ventes et la satisfaction de la clientèle dans la Rive Sud de Montréal en établissant des relations avec les clients, en identifiant de manière proactive les solutions dont ils ont besoin et en pensant commercialement.

Responsabilités:

- Stimuler une croissance rentable des ventes et maximiser le chiffre d'affaires sur un territoire défini en développant, entretenant et faisant progresser les comptes existants et les prospects grâce à la vente de gammes de produits implantaires, régénératifs et restaurateurs
- Créer une expérience client inégalée en agissant en tant que partenaire commercial stratégique pour les clients existants sur le territoire défini en se concentrant sur les objectifs de croissance des clients et sur la manière dont Straumann peut les aider à atteindre ces objectifs
- Atteindre de nouveaux objectifs commerciaux en identifiant, ciblant et convertissant de manière proactive les comptes prospects et les nouvelles affaires avec les dentistes et les chirurgiens bucco-dentaires sur le territoire défini - Préparer et tenir à jour les plans d'affaires du territoire, les prévisions de ventes et le budget des activités de promotion des ventes. Évaluer les performances actuelles et prévoir les changements nécessaires
- Collaborer avec le marketing produit et les communications de marché pour soutenir l'exécution de tous les plans de lancement marketing et des objectifs de vente de nouveaux produits
- Assurez-vous que le réseau de référence est géré régulièrement et développez des réseaux de référence pour les médecins généralistes non actifs
- Assister et représenter Straumann lors d'événements clients selon les besoins, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les événements régionaux et les salons professionnels nationaux
- Tirer efficacement parti des événements éducatifs pour développer les clients existants, fidéliser la marque et gagner de nouveaux clients.
- Développer des clubs d'étude sur le territoire, participer activement, s'assurer que la présentation Straumann est déployée dans le club d'étude et développer des relations clients avec les participants existants et nouveaux
- Se tenir au courant des principales études cliniques et des articles scientifiques soutenant les avantages des produits Straumann
- Utilisation régulière de tous les outils de vente, tels que le CRM SAP, pour planifier et mesurer efficacement les activités de vente par rapport à la clientèle actuelle et aux clients potentiels du territoire. Exécuter régulièrement des rapports pour aligner les tendances, les besoins des clients et les opportunités avec la stratégie commerciale du territoire
- Maintient à tout moment l'intégrité, l'éthique et les codes de conduite professionnels
- Enregistrer les activités de qualité avec chaque client et prospect Straumann
- Déplacements fréquents (y compris les déplacements avec nuitées) sur le territoire

Qualifications :

- Baccalauréat dans n'importe quelle discipline
- 3 ans et plus d'expérience dans la vente sur des marchés d'entreprise à forte croissance
- 1+ années d'expérience de travail dans Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint - Permis de conduire valide, bon dossier de conduite et capacité à maintenir une couverture d'assurance automobile

Qualifications Souhaitables :

- Expérience dans l'industrie des dispositifs médicaux fortement préférée
- Expérience de vente préalable avec des médecins en tant que point de contact principal
- Compétences en communication efficaces avec la capacité de présenter et de négocier - Solides communications orales et écrites, y compris des compétences de présentation
- Capable de travailler à la fois en collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe de la région et de manière indépendante
- Confiant dans l'utilisation de différentes informations et capable d'adapter l'approche de vente en fonction des besoins et de la situation des clients
- Capable de fournir des informations très complexes de manière claire, structurée et convaincante

Position Summary: The Territory Manager at Straumann is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives for all products by developing profitable relationships with targeted dental practices and the dental community at large. This role is responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction within Montreal South Shore area by building relationships with customers, proactively identifying the solutions they need, and thinking commercially.

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive profitable sales growth and maximize sales revenue within a defined territory by developing, maintaining, and advancing existing accounts and prospects through the sale of Implant, Regenerative and Restorative product lines
- Create an unparalleled customer experience by acting as a strategic business partner to existing customers within the defined territory by focusing on customers' growth goals and how Straumann can help them achieve these goals
- Achieve new business targets by proactively identifying, targeting, and converting prospect accounts and new business with dentists and oral surgeons in the defined territory - Prepare and maintain territory business plans, sales forecasts, and a sales promotion activity budget. Assess current performance and forecast when change is necessary
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Market Communications to support the execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives
- Ensure referral network is regularly managed and develop referral networks for non-active GPs
- Attend and represent Straumann at customer events as required, including but not limited to regional events and national trade shows
- Effectively and efficiently leverage education events to develop existing customers, build brand loyalty and gain new customers. Develop Study Clubs within the territory, actively participate, ensure Straumann presentation is rolled out in study club, and develop customer relationships with existing and new participants
- Keep abreast of key clinical studies and scientific papers supporting Straumann's product benefits
- Regular use of all sales tools, such as SAP CRM, to effectively plan and measure sales activities against the territory's current customer base and prospective customers. Routinely run reports to align trends, customer needs, and opportunities with territory business strategy
- Maintains integrity, high ethics, and professional codes of conduct at all times
- Log quality activities with every Straumann customer and prospect
- Frequent travel (including overnight travel) in the territory

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 3+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets
- 1+ years of experience working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and ability to maintain auto insurance coverage

Preferred Qualifications:

- Medical Device Industry experience strongly preferred
- Prior sales experience with Physicians as the principal point of contact
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate - Strong oral and written communications, including presentation skills
- Capable of working both collaborative with team members within the region as well as independently
- Confident in using different insights and able to adapt selling approach based on customers' needs and situation
- Able to deliver highly complex information in clear, structured and compelling manner
- Proficiency in consultative selling with knowledge of the Challenger technique or related method
