About the Role:
As the Manager, Test & Learn Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering analytics that enables multiple stakeholders to monitor and manage the health of the portfolio, business activities, and results efficiently and effectively. You will leverage your subject matter expertise to provide timely and accurate reporting by collaborating with business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Work closely with data warehouse and IT teams to manage development of analytical infrastructure, including databases, data infrastructure, and analytical tools.
- Ensure data enhancement initiatives are prioritized and implemented on time and on budget.
- Lead advanced analytics use cases for lead generation and customer experience, utilizing test and learn methodologies to measure results.
- Lead the creation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of business results to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Engage in high-impact technology projects to provide subject matter expertise on data architecture, systems integration, and application design.
- Lead the integration of new advanced analytical tools into the analytical infrastructure.
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education focused in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or Statistics; MBA in Finance or Marketing, or MMA preferred.
- Multiple years of experience in analytics or MIS/reporting, programming, application development, and/or data warehousing.
- Detailed experience in R or Python, SQL, and SAS.
- Strong working knowledge of Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills when partnering with clients, vendors, and management.
- Strong prioritizing, planning, analytical, presentation, project management, partner management, and relationship building skills.
