As a Guest Service Expert, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests. This includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to quality standards
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, using a professional and friendly tone
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
