Job Summary Manage day-to-day field primary and remedial cementing operations, ensuring timely arrival of personnel, equipment, and materials, and executing successful cementing jobs according to design and client specifications. Cement Supervisor (Class 1) Job Description Founded in 2008, Magnum Services is a well-established cementing service company with a broad operational footprint in North America. We provide primary and remedial oilfield cementing services, downhole isolation technologies, soil stabilization, and fluid services across various industries. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure timely arrival on location.
  • Execute successful cementing jobs according to design and client specifications.
  • Ensure efficient handling of day-to-day operations and critical tasks completion.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments.
  • Work with station management to maintain operation and service standards.
  • Adhere to and enforce company Safety policies and ensure compliance with HSE legislation.
  • Prepare reports and tickets, and implement procedures to ensure high-level service.
  • Develop and maintain strong external and internal client relationships.
  • Supervise a crew on basic primary cement jobs and operate core equipment.
  • Participate in training and development activities.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Class 1 (Canada) / Class A CDL (U.S.) driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physically capable of moving and lifting heavy objects, standing, gripping, sitting/driving, walking, and climbing.
  • Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be on call 24/7.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate others, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and other software.
  • Able to perform calculations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Assets:
  • Possesses oilfield tickets and experience operating cement and bulk equipment.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement and experience in dealing with customers and dispatch.
  • Ability to rebuild equipment and experience in completing reports.
