- Willingness to pursue additional technical training
- Maintain safe work practices
- Complete timely diagnostics and quality repairs resulting in high customer satisfaction
- Complete the repair requirements of each assignment on a timely basis to ensure the required profitability of the work order
- Identify additional service and repair opportunities
