As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users, troubleshooting technical issues, and creating user guides and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to internal users with technical problems and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot end-user technical issues related to software applications, hardware assets, network elements, and telecommunications systems.
- Follow user guides and technical procedures to resolve issues as required.
- Create user guides and documentation.
- Reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve technical queries from users and third-party vendors.
- Provide business systems, network, and internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
- Completion of a related post-secondary diploma or degree.
- 1 to 3 years of IT experience in Tier 1 support.
- Strong organizational skills, strong critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Administration experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows desktop management.
- Administration experience in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 solutions.
- Previous experience with VMware or virtualization is an asset.
- Previous experience with Networking and or Security appliances is an asset.
- Being bilingual in French and English is an asset.
