Job Summary

The Manager, Facility Management oversees the operations, maintenance, and repair of buildings, grounds, and utility infrastructure. Ensure activities are carried out safely, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage building maintenance operations including preventative maintenance, cleaning services, and security
  • Oversee renovations, office moves, and compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate building inventories and performance evaluations
  • Manage operational costs, vendor contracts, and budgeting
  • Supervise facilities staff, hiring, training, and ensuring excellent service delivery
Working Conditions

Standard office environment with a regular workweek. On-call availability for emergencies and occasional travel required.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 7-10 years in complex facility management
  • Experience in stakeholder management and sustainable practices
  • *Additional relevant experience considered an asset

Education/Certification:

  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent certification
  • LEED Certification
  • *Additional designations considered an asset
