About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Project Management Consultant to join our team at Arup. As a Graduate Project Management Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager in coordinating project deliverables, monitoring project scope, budget, and schedule, and resolving design challenges with internal and external collaborators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Support the Project Manager in coordinating project deliverables, including preparing client submittals, reports, presentations, analysis, guidelines, and project plans.
  • Project Monitoring: Assist in monitoring project scope, budget, and schedule, and identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external design teams to resolve design challenges and ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Documentation: Prepare meeting minutes, presentation materials, organization charts, risk registers, and other project documentation as needed.
  • Reporting: Support the Project Manager with regular and monthly project reporting, as required.
  • Client Support: Support the wider project team by driving resolution of client and collaborator comments, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or a master's degree in the fields of engineering, architecture, project management, construction management, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent planning, organization, and workload prioritization skills, and good interpersonal skills for team-based working.
  • Experience: Interest in infrastructure and buildings projects, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
