Position Overview:

The Mine Site Administrator will deliver excellent customer service and be responsible for the support of the overall service process and management of time entry within the service department.

Job Description:
Accurate daily time entry for the service department hourly employeesSupport the Service Administration Advisors in the management of service process and customer communicationSubmit Service requests for correct allocation of timeOpening of Maintenance Customer Orders and the open to invoice and average age of timecard entryPrepare and send invoices to customers for completed work in a timely fashionResponsible for accuracy and timely coding of accounts payable, expense reports, time sheet entry, attendance and vacation time recordingAccountable to support the Service Work in Progress process and to identify the aging of work ordersAssist with tracking near miss and incident reporting for the branchThis position may be required to support other responsibilities the site administration team as needed

Qualifications:
Grade 12 education minimumPost-secondary education in a related discipline considered an assetSelf-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervisionStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient with MS Office Suite.Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills

Note:
Supporting Finning facility D02 (CNRL, Fort McMurray)Remote work is available for this role once training is completeTravel may be required to D02 facility (Estimated once per month)5 x 2 Monday - Friday, 7.5 hour shiftsTemporary, full-time position for 3 months with opportunities for extensionTraining opportunities provided
