Join our team at Everguard Fire and Safety, a leading provider of fire and life safety services and solutions. We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fire Extinguisher Field Services Representative (Sales & Service).

About the Role
  • Conduct in-field fire extinguisher and emergency lighting inspections, sales, and services
  • Identify and evaluate fire code and non-conformance issues, providing customers with feedback and recommendations
  • Evaluate fire and safety risk assessments and hazards
  • Facilitate service and maintenance of client fire and safety protection equipment
  • Complete daily reports of completed work orders and activities
  • Assist fire shop operations and/or other technicians when required
  • Identify and solicit new opportunities for inspection service sales
  • Conduct general sales quotes and service reports
  • Provide and sell virtual reality fire extinguisher training to existing and potential customers
  • Sell virtual reality fire extinguisher trainers to potential customers
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience with Fire Extinguisher Inspections, Maintenance and Servicing
  • Experience in a sales or customer-service delivery environment is an asset
  • Fire service certifications and/or Valid Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Certification
  • A valid Driver's License
