KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Improvement of efficiency of maintenance workforce and as a consequence availability of machine

• List particularities/specificities /gaps, legislative requirements, standardization, following field review ...

• Ordered tasks defined by craft competency and level,

• List of required Parts, Drawings, Procedures, Manpower, Methods, Tools, Cost estimation, ... Job kit ready: parts, documentation, tools ...

• Safety plan, risk identification and security measures been identified

• Update when needed reference for tools, means, methods, etc ..., update standard job plans (Best practices captured)

• Work Planning Portfolio Managed by Priorities

• Procure / order parts and materials (purchase under contract or via purchasing department for negotiation, create purchase requests in the computerized Tool)

• Analysis of results, Improvement of planning for future work
