Bilingual Receptionist
Moncton, NB
Our client is seeking a bilingual Receptionist to join their fantastic team They are the leading owner of commercial real estate in the Greater Moncton area and oversee various properties across the Maritimes.

Available Shift:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Rate of Pay:
$21.00 to $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Answering/screening calls; Welcoming guests and re-directing walk-ins
- Liaise with tenant representatives on service concerns
- Collaborate with accounting and lease department
- Schedule and manage office space rentals
- Monitor parking violation data
- Deliver exceptional tenant services
- Update work tickets in the system and keep Operations Manager informed

Candidate Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication and writing abilities
- Completion of an Administrative Program
