Bilingual Receptionist
Moncton, NB

Our client is currently looking for a bilingual Receptionist to join their amazing team They are the largest owner of commercial real estate in the Greater Moncton area and manage various properties throughout the Maritimes.


Available Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Rate of pay: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Answering/screening calls; Welcoming guests and re-direct walk-ins
  • Communicate with tenant representatives on service matters and issues
  • Communicate with accounting and lease department
  • Manage and maintain a schedule for office space rentals
  • Maintain parking violation data
  • Provide excellent tenant services
  • Update work tickets in the system while keeping Operations Manager informed of all ongoing matters

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Completion of an Administrative Program
