Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Centre de Santé Saint-Boniface. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide professional registered nursing services for patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide independent nursing services, including administration of prescribed medical treatments.
  • Take a leadership role within the healthcare team, coordinating patient care and discharge.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
  • Current CRNM registration.
  • Active participation in professional associations, such as the Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM).
  • Bilingualism (ability to understand and speak English/French).
  • Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent NICU experience or Acute Care experience.
