About the Job

This role is at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional digital experiences. As our UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our users' needs and translating them into design solutions that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional. You'll be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation to tweaking pixels right before launch. Your Impact

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll collaborate closely with our product development and marketing teams to:

  • Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for a variety of digital products, ensuring they align with our brand and meet our users' needs.
  • Implement design thinking and user-centered design principles throughout the entire product lifecycle to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide design support throughout the development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve our products.

What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with:

  • 10+ years of experience within UX/UI design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills across a range of projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
  • Experience working in agile development teams.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development.
  • A good understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
