Server / Bartender

Join our team at SSP Canada, a leading food and beverage operator at Montreal Trudeau International Airport, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages
  • Develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and inclusive environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences
  • Accurately input orders into our point-of-sale system
  • Mix, garnish, and present drinks to our high standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar and surrounding areas
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, ensuring their experience is exceptional
  • Clear and reset tables and counters at the conclusion of each course
  • Balance and reconcile all assigned open and closed checks
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is required
  • Ability to pass a background check with Transport Canada
  • Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages and recipes
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand French and English to communicate with guests and take orders
  • Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register and perform calculations
