Primoris Canada is an infrastructure contractor serving major firms in the oil, gas, power, petrochemical, and heavy oil industries. The company provides a range of services, including tailings and hydro-transport pipeline construction and maintenance, EPC storage tank construction and maintenance, industrial facilities multi-discipline construction and maintenance, piping fabrication, piling design/fab/installation, pipeline integrity services, and turnarounds.

The E&I Services Manager will be responsible for guiding the development and direction of the E&I Service line, increasing revenue, productivity, and promoting high-quality client satisfaction while building relationships and ensuring the integration of strategic plans with company operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead business development efforts, meeting with prospective clients, and assessing potential opportunities
  • Work with prospective subcontractors to establish relationships prior to bidding and execution
  • Develop and review bid proposals, including estimating norms, construction execution strategies, and plans
  • Provide direction in setting up projects, including reviewing contract documents, developing control budgets, and hiring execution teams
  • Provide ongoing support to active projects, including liaising with clients, assessing job status, and ensuring project controls and reporting are satisfactory
  • Assess project staff performance and contribution, provide coaching to subordinate staff, and develop goals
  • Review and approve internal project performance reports
  • Collaborate with business units and departments to develop improvement initiatives within the organization

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in industrial construction, Electrical & Instrumentation
  • Professional Engineering Designation or Trade Ticket is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of industrial construction, including project management, safety, and quality
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite products, estimating software, proposal development, scheduling, planning development, and project reporting
