POSITION SUMMARY

Respond promptly to guest repair requests, communicating effectively to resolve maintenance issues. Conduct preventive maintenance on various equipment, including cleaning and inspection. Identify and operate necessary valves and utility shut-offs. Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and parts, requesting replacements as needed. Utilize knowledge in areas such as air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and more to address maintenance tasks efficiently. Perform painting, repairs, and equipment troubleshooting as required. Follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Uphold company standards and provide excellent service to guests.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Related Work Experience: Some general maintenance and painting experience. Previous work in hotel engineering or maintenance is advantageous.

Supervisory Experience: Not required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

License or Certification: Valid Driver's License
