We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Kamsack District Hospital & Nursing Home. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting health and healing for our clients/patients/residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and education as a member of the healthcare team
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Practical Nursing diploma
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration
- Valid driver's license (where required)
- Registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
