**Job Description:**
- Provide nursing care to patients in all phases of health care, promoting health and healing as a member of the healthcare team.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimum patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
**Requirements:**
- Practical Nursing diploma
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- Valid driver's license (where required)
- Registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
