As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for administering construction contracts, reviewing drawings and specifications, attending site meetings, and issuing reports. You will also review and certify payments, monitor compliance with contract documents, and review quality of construction work.

  • Administer construction contracts of active construction projects.

  • Interpret architectural, engineering and interior design plans.
  • Prepare technical descriptions specifying material qualities and properties.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or similar field.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of Revit.
  • Familiarity with multiple provincial guidelines.
  • Deep understanding of construction documents.
