Role overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Software Engineer with a strong background in Azure technologies and .NET programming coupled with significant experience in store operations and in-store service management. This role demands a professional with 9 to 13 years of experience who can innovate and elevate our software solutions contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency.

What you'll do
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions using Azure AD PIM and Azure AD SSO to enhance security and user experience.
  • Develop and integrate advanced features using Azure AI Document Intelligence to streamline document processing and data extraction.
  • Utilize ASP.NET and C# .NET to create robust maintainable code that meets business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions align with store operations and in-store service management goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing enhancements to software architecture and technology stack.
  • Ensure software solutions are scalable secure and deliver optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning development testing deployment and maintenance.
What you bring to the role
  • Proven experience with Azure AD PIM Azure AD SSO and Azure AI Document Intelligence is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in ASP.NET and .NET programming using C# is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in store operations and in-store service management domains is mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development in software engineering and domain-specific knowledge is highly valued.
