Mobile Scheduling Specialist required to coordinate and schedule owned mobile and uplink facilities, negotiate and secure third-party cross rentals, and deliver high-level client service.

As a Mobile Scheduling Specialist, you will be part of creating and delivering the best Canadian and international content across digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule owned and rental mobile units to optimize mobile capacity.
  • Negotiate and secure rental mobile units as necessary.
  • Negotiate sound reciprocal deals when needed.
  • Understand client properties and technical requirements.
  • Follow up on event logistics, including venue information, technical specifications, and drive times.
  • Liaise daily with engineering, operations, fleet, and event production departments.
  • Prepare support for annual and monthly planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Approve rental mobile invoices.
Critical Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in television and/or mobile production management.
  • Previous scheduling experience required.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and administration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and be creative with solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Ability to remain calm and collected in stressful situations.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile capacity and technical aspects of industry players.
  • Must be flexible in working hours, with some travel required.
