Senior Services Registered Nurse - Join Our Caring Team

CareCorp Senior Services is a respected company dedicated to providing top-notch healthcare, food, and support services to long-term care and assisted living facilities throughout BC.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to become part of our fantastic team at one of our lovely long-term care facilities, Eden Care Center. If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives, this is the place for you

Position Details:

  • Casual position - Have control over your own schedule

Compensation:

  • $40.21 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care for residents
  • Administer medications
  • Provide direction to staff
  • Ensure a safe environment for all
  • Perform nursing procedures and interventions
  • Report unsafe conditions

Qualifications:

  • Registered with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals
  • Graduate of a recognized nursing school
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preference for cultural education and experience
  • Certificate of Geriatric Nursing or relevant experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of RN experience in Canada (preferred)

All applicants must show proof of receiving the COVID-19 vaccination and any required booster shot, unless exempt due to protected human rights grounds.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $40.21 per hour

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
  • On-site parking

Flexible Language Requirement: French language not mandatory

Schedule:

  • 12-hour, 8-hour, day, evening, and night shifts available

Supplemental Pay Types: Overtime pay
