About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to provide administrative support to our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the healthcare team, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, staff, and clients to ensure information is distributed and obtained appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including scanning and data entry, and ensure file availability when required.
  • Process requisitions, prepare related documents, and monitor inventory of supplies.
  • Assist with projects and initiatives related to job responsibilities and participate in orientation and committees.
Requirements
  • High school graduation diploma plus a minimum of 18 months of experience in a similar customer service or related position in the health, social, or business administration fields.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures, including filing and record maintenance, and operation of telephone systems and office equipment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a variety of computer software applications, including email and the internet.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a number of stakeholders, including staff, service providers, clients, and caregivers.
