About us:

Our dental practice, located in South Delta has been serving the community for almost 30 years. We offer a wide range of dental services, including preventative hygiene, general and cosmetic dentistry, implants, orthodontics, oral surgery, and much more.

We are currently seeing a friendly, and outgoing dental office receptionist for a full-time permanent role at our office. New grads are welcome

Additionally, through working within the dentalcorp network, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the industry's leading clinicians and have greater access to the advanced treatment technologies and training & development, and support.

Schedule:

  • Monday: 1:00pm-9:00pm
  • Tuesday: 11:00am-7:00pm
  • Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am-4:00pm
  • One Saturday per month - flexible

The wage range is from $20.00 to $32.00 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
  • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts

About You:

  • Dental receptionist new grads welcome If you have more experience, that's a great asset
  • Experience with dental software programs considered a strong asset. We use Maxident (training provided).
  • Reliable team player - we have a tenured team of long standing employees and we are excited to welcome a new administrator to join us
  • Strong multi-tasker as we are a well established and very fast pace office
  • Must be comfortable working in a practice with paper charts
