Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert in financial services, providing advice and guidance to customers on personal and business banking products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives, driving sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • IFIC or CSC certification.
  • CFSA certification to be completed upon hire.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
