This is a dynamic role that requires a customer-focused individual to assist in the leadership of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager to ensure a high level of customer service and task completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers with product information, and resolving customer issues.
  • Assist in providing direction and coordinating task completion as per communicated priorities from the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
  • Assess the overall presentation of General Merchandise and Fashion Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes as required.
  • Delegate, assist, and follow up on completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
  • Support with scheduling as needed.
  • Assign Associates to support with coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store.
  • Participate in the training and development of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates, and provide feedback as needed.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
