At Richemont Americas, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our Vacheron Constantin boutique in Yorkdale Mall, Toronto, ON. As an Ambassador of the Vacheron Constantin brand, you will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of the boutique's performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Boutique Performance & Sales Achievement: Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, as directed by management. Develop and implement dynamic annual action plans to achieve Maison, boutique, and category sales targets.
  • Client Relationship & Portfolio Development: Provide exceptional client service to support sales growth, resolve escalated client issues, and develop new business development ideas through networking and event planning.
  • Team Management & People Development: Recruit and build a talent pipeline, motivate and support boutique staff to achieve performance goals, and drive performance and compensation management processes.
  • Boutique Operations & Administration: Ensure adherence to Maison and Group policies and procedures, oversee and prepare reports, and manage T&E and boutique expenses.
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years prior management experience and background in luxury product selling required
  • Experience with PR events and ability to network strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and computer skills required
  • Experience with SAP desired
  • Additional language skills a plus
  • Ability to motivate, cultivate, and develop team
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required
