Job Title: Assistant Boutique Manager

At CHANEL inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team. As a key member of our boutique management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient day-to-day management of our boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of the boutique, including overseeing sales, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Collaborate with the boutique management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with CHANEL's policies and procedures, including maintaining high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
