About the RoleThis is a customer-facing position responsible for driving sales growth in Canada and the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the oilfield services industry and be able to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize subject matter expertise to sell Company products and services and achieve maximum profitability and market penetration.
- Develop a clear understanding of customer needs and deliver effective sales presentations and personal working relationships.
- Call on assigned and non-assigned accounts to promote and sell the Company's products and services.
- Play an active role in the business planning process and create value through personal relationships.
- Develop targeted campaigns to sell products, services, and solutions.
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the oilfield services industry to manage client portfolio.
- 10+ years of related sales experience in a completion's/downhole environment.
- Confident to present to customers at the operational management level through to the executive/VP level.
- Results-oriented mindset, with experience of successfully originating sales and growing business.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills, inclusive working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of the internal Company and external customers.
