Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and supportive services.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent education.
  • Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized educational institution.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the Employer policy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent experience as a Health Care Aide.
  • Experience working with older adults.
