  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers with product information, and resolving customer issues.
  • Department Leadership
    • Assist in providing direction and coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Store Management Team.
    • Assess the overall presentation of the General Merchandise and Fashion Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required.
  • Associate Development
    • Delegate, assist, and follow up on completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
    • Support with scheduling as needed.
    • Assign Associates to support with coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store.
  • Training and Development
    • Participate in the training and development of the General Merchandise and Fashion Associates, and provide feedback as needed.
  • Store Safety
    • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.
