Oversee GMP-compliant manufacturing processes, optimize efficiency, ensure quality, and manage a talented team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • GMP Manufacturing Oversight:
    • Lead and supervise all LBR manufacturing operations, ensuring strict adherence to GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Implement and maintain best practices to enhance efficiency and product quality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
  • ERP Systems and Inventory Management:
    • Utilize ERP systems to manage production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory levels effectively.
    • Implement strategies to minimize production delays and ensure timely delivery to customers.
    • Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient control measures.
  • Analytics and Performance Metrics:
    • Develop and implement KPIs to measure manufacturing efficiency, quality, and overall performance.
    • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    • Regularly report on manufacturing metrics to senior management.
  • People Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and address training needs.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
    • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), investigate and resolve any deviations from established quality protocols.
  • Customer Relations:
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
    • Collaborate with business development teams to understand customer needs and expectations.
    • Ensure a customer-focused approach in manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years' supervisory/managerial experience in a GMP Manufacturing environment, preferably in diagnostic solutions, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, or related industries.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and proficiency in inventory management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
