Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing direction and coordination of overnight stocking activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the store to ensure that it is well-presented and maintained, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure that defective merchandise is properly handled and removed from the sales floor.
  • Take responsibility for store safety and security during overnight hours, managing any incidents that may occur.
  • Inspect premises to ensure that adequate security measures are in place and that physical facilities are compliant with company standards.
  • Participate in the training and development of overnight associates to achieve production results.
