Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions efficiently by handling purchases, deactivating merchandise, and maintaining register security and integrity.
- Promote company sponsor programs by informing customers about credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives.
- Assist customers with bagging and loading of merchandise, ensuring a smooth and convenient shopping experience.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safe work practices, including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
- Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous customer service experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience working in a retail environment, and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
