Account Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our account management efforts and drive business growth. As an Account Director at Forhyre, you will be responsible for overseeing account relationships, supervising subordinate staff, and developing strategies to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account management plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
